Bkwik provides digital product design, development, and marketing services. The scope, timeline, and pricing of any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables produced for a client become the client's property upon full payment. Bkwik retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.
Invoices are payable within the terms specified in your project agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees and may pause ongoing work.
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Bkwik is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
